YPM offers 4 week meditation/relax courses covering a variety of techniques running regularly throughout the year. In this course, you’ll connect with your inner world, learn ways to manage stress, sleep better and stay more relaxed. You will have the opportunity to experience and find the style that resonates with you – some focussing on the breath, others a mantra and others on an external object. There will also be discussion and suggestions on how you can bring simple techniques of meditation into your life. Classes will also include a restoration pose or 2 plus the much loved practice of yoga nidra.
